Initial sessions will normally comprise a  discussion to find out more about your situation and what you hope to gain from the sessions.  We would then start with some breathing exercises and than move on to massage to get you more in tune with your body.  However, if you wish to start more gently then a clothed session of Cuddle & Connect may be more appropriate. 

Subsequent sessions are by design and tailored to the individual - the ideas below will give you some indication of what can be incorporated.   If you have issues you wish to work on such as sexual shame or performance issues, a deeper dive using a combination of techniques such as hypnosis can be designed.
