I am... a mature practitioner based in Merseyside. I started my personal and spiritual development journey over 35 years ago and during that time have attended many courses and professional trainings.
More recently I have come to realise that a holistic approach is necessary - to work with both mind and body. Repressed emotions can be trapped in the body which can have long-term health implications. This is what brought me to Tantra and why bodywork is now an integral part of my work. As humans, we crave and need both touch and connection.
I am a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Strategic Intervention Coach. Have trained in Metameric Massage, Gestalt therapy and more recently studied Energy Healing and Neo Tantra. As each person is unique, I use a mix of skills to suit your individual needs.
